TicketBAI is a joint project of the three Provincial Councils of the Basque Country and the Government of Navarra. It requires all invoices to be generated with certified software that guarantees their integrity, chaining, and automatic submission to regional tax authorities.

Fines for not using TicketBAI-certified software can reach 10,000 EUR.
